The passion for fishing and the desire to manufacture innovative and quality products for sport fishing was what motivated Flávio Tadeu Novaczyk and his son Klaus Novaczyk to found an industry of sport fishing products, Garrapeixe – in July 1995 in Canoas, city in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.
